With great joy we tell you that on June 19, 2020, the Mayor's Office of Bogotá and the Ministry of Mobility of Bogotá have granted us permission to resume our work.
As soon as the pandemic started and we realized the magnitude of the situation, like many other companies we feel fear and uncertainty. Of course this was an unknown panorama for everyone. However, we did not sit still for a minute. And from the first days we took advantage of this time to organize the house internally and we prepared ourselves to receive the visit when we were ready.
We were sure that at some point we would have to resume our accompaniments; and we would have to return to give support and advice to the families of the transferred professionals and to the companies that place their trust in us. for this reason, one of the tasks to which we gave the highest priority was to request our work reactivation permit. We are clear that our industry is not part of the sectors that cover basic needs. But we have also always been clear that we could not abandon the families of foreigners in Colombia. It was there when we proactively decided to start working on all our biosafety protocols in order to request our permission.
Today, with an inflated heart of joy, we can say that after 3 months of isolation, we have our team ready to return to the ring. We are more prepared than ever. Our protocols have been carefully crafted, carefully reviewed and studied, and made from the heart. Well, although we are eager to meet again, our premise is that our health comes first and that is why our priority is to minimize all the risks of contagion that are within our reach.
We want our collaborators, clients, and other members of our service delivery chain to feel reassured that LARM Colombia watches over their health and safety. Therefore, we have made some adjustments to the provision of our services. As a first step, our collaborators will continue doing work at home whenever the operation allows it. In addition, we will begin to mobilize in our own vehicles, in which a maximum of 3 people can go; and we will give priority to some walking tours. And of course the use of all biosecurity implements such as gloves, face masks, face shields and disinfectants will always be present.
Without a doubt, this situation put our collective reaction and recovery capacity to the test, but we are sure that the steps we have taken will guarantee the health, safety and well-being of all of us.
We value your cooperation and trust in us.
