1. Transportation:
There are two apps that work very well for getting around the city:

Taxis do not have a meter but the minimum fare is $8,000. With them you can negotiate the value depending on the destination.

The coastal food and the cartagenera is known for its seasoning.
Some of the typical dishes that you can try are:

Mote de Queso
Fritos as the Arepa de Huevo, Las Carimañolas or the Deditos de queso Costeño.
And this you can accompany with some of these juices: Corozo, Medlar or Zapote which are typical of the city.
3. Activities you can do:
Stroll through the city center and walk along the wall
Go to the restaurants of the walled city. Some of these are: Cande, La Unica, Celele, Mistura, Juan del Mar.
Visit the Rosario Islands where you can see the aquarium or enjoy its beaches and hotels.
Go to Tierra Bomba Island where you can pay to spend the day or stay a night in a hotel with a private beach such as Fénix Beach, Namaste, Éteka among others. • Visit the Aviary in Baru.
Climb to the Popa (the only mountain that has the city) to enjoy the view and see the convent that is at the top.
Explore the beaches and shops of Bocagrande and Castillogrande.
See the Castle of San Felipe
Have a drink or eat in Getsemani. A neighborhood full of color and music.
4. Recommended neighborhoods
The recommended neighborhoods to live in Cartagena are Castillogrande and Bocagrande which are the most exclusive and safe. You can also find good options in other neighborhoods such as Manga and Crespo.
5. Schools:
Private education is better than public education. Some of the recommended schools are Jorge Washington (Cojowa) and El Británico.
