Hi!
I’m Juan Trompa! Community Manager at LARM Colombia. I am a professional in international business at the Politécnico Grancolombiano University and I am currently doing a Master degree in Strategic Marketing Management at the same university, which has allowed me to learn various tools to show great results in the creation of content for the organization and has been a great source of knowledge for the proposal of new ideas and activities that always contribute to innovation and growth of all the LARM family.
Since I was very young I have been a very creative and outgoing person, I used to tell endless stories to my mom to the point of making her cry, laugh or even scare her sometimes. I have always been a lover of literature and dance, two activities that until today I have tried to continue performing and even with pandemic situation my home has become my favorite dance floor.
I am an only child but unlike many people might think, I am very independent and try to be an unconditional support for my parents, friends and family.
Another important aspect that I would like to share with you is that, languages have been a subject of great interest to me also from a very young age, currently I speak Spanish and English in an advanced way and French and Italian at a basic level, I also took Mandarin classes in college.
Finally, as far as my career is concerned, I’ve always worked in the service sector, being the migratory industry in which I have more experience because I had the opportunity to work in the Integral Center of Attention to the Citizen of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Colombia and now in LARM, truly a family of families that gives the best of themselves to make the transfer of foreign professionals to our country, the best of experiences.
